Johan Bakker has been active with the MSP business field for over 20 years and has managed and owned companies with the IT sector including the launch of his own company, MSP Mentor. Bakker has a large focus on helping IT companies from a pay per hour concept to a full MSP operation.

Last year, in his keynote, he talked about how to optimise your MSP to get the best out of your resources and systems, and how to do more than just moving from break fix to managed to future proof your business.

This year Johan will be co-host of the event moderating the two sessions after lunch before being a panellist in the ‘Big Debate’.
