Now celebrating its fifth year, the Managed Services Summit Europe is now firmly anchored as the leading managed services event for the European IT channel. The event features conference session presentations by specialists in the sector and leading independent industry speakers from the region, as well as a range of sessions exploring technical and organisational issues.
Of course, the panel discussions and keynotes are held together by extensive networking time for delegates to meet with potential business partners. The Managed Services Summit Europe 2022 is a C-suite event that will examine the latest trends and developments in managed services over the last year, and how they have influenced customer requirements and the ability to create value through managed services for your organisation and customers.
Creating your Unique Service Point
The main theme of this year's Managed Services Summit Europe will be about differentiation, and the MSP response to the new requirements of the IT managed services market post Covid.
In particular we will focus on how MSPs can develop a true USP (Unique Service Point) in a market that the global players would like to homogenize.
To help us achieve our goal speakers and panellists will address:
- Analyse trends in buyer behaviour
- Show how digitalisation and business transformation are key opportunity areas
- Explain how Security, compliance and zero trust architecture (ZTA) are more vital now than ever before
- Show how advances in AI and automation will stretch the MSPs capabilities
- Debate how the last two years of home working has changed work patterns for ever and how MSPs need to respond
- Discuss how the MSP needs to change its approach to training and recruitment in light of the growing skills gap
Managed Services Summit Europe 2022 takes place against a backdrop of uncertainty with the war in Ukraine, post Covid health issues, worldwide shortages of materials and rising energy prices. It is no wonder that companies and individuals across Europe are striving for peace and a new prosperity.
In response the IT industry is rising to the challenge of providing new technologies and services that will help companies be more efficient, allow more flexible work patterns and maintain and improve their effectiveness and profitability.
A number of recent reports show that European organisations are still positive about the future with 61% of companies surveyed expect their revenues to increase in 2022. Only 8% expect revenues to decrease.
With most businesses planning to accelerate IT budget growth: (53%) increase in tech spending or budgets the same (35%) YoY.
Cloud and managed services will continue to grow YoY, replacing spend on hardware and software.
Spending on futuristic and advanced technology will increase significantly YoY with many organisations planning investment in emerging technology, especially for newer security solutions.
